舞鈴劇場以扯鈴為軸心，將東方傳統技藝增添西方現代表演藝術，融入音
樂、舞蹈、新馬戲、多媒體、燈光及視覺藝術科技等，打造出新一代多元藝術娛樂性表演型態，自1986年成立以來巡迴世界超過30個國家，演出超過三千多個場次，是台灣少數活躍於國際舞台的專業大型跨界娛樂表演藝術團體。
With diabolo as the core of its performance, the Diabolo Dance Theatre expands and revolutionizes the ancient folk acrobatic performance with elements of modern performing arts -- incorporating music, dance, new circus, multimedia, lighting, visual effects, and other technologies -- to create a unique form of contemporary entertainment performance. As one of the few comprehensive entertainment performance groups in Taiwan active on the world stage, the Diabolo Dance Theatre has performed in more than 30 countries around the world since its establishment in 1986, with over 3000 performances.

透過人、鈴、線、音樂及圖騰交織而成的協奏曲一起看見美麗島嶼的希望
和美好。
海洋女神的歌聲劃破黎明，豐富的生命跳躍飛舞，自由穿梭於觀眾和舞臺空間，帶領觀眾找到心中那份真誠的快樂。
風起、雲湧，如電光火石，掀起陣陣浪濤，潛入深藍海底的水舞，秘密客在其中穿梭追逐，和鈴舞者交織出結合視覺與聽覺的流動藝術圖騰，帶領觀眾發現充滿想像的美麗新世界。
【美麗島嶼】是一幕幕透過人、鈴、線所交織而成的海洋風景，跨越語言文化，要和全世界的觀眾朋友一起看見臺灣豐富多元的美麗色彩。
The interaction between dancers, diabolos, strings, music and totems composes a concerto. Let us see the hopes and dreams of the beautiful island together.
The singing of the Goddess of the Sea breaks through the dawn. Burgeoning jump and dance scenes all around. They shuttle between the auditorium and the stage, leading the audiences to find the sincere happiness in their hearts. Clouds gather as the wind rises and the waves are stirred. “Mr. Secret” chases in sea-
bottom water dance, with the diablo dancers forming a flowing art totem that combines
sound and vision. Audiences are led to discover a beautiful world full of imagination.
“Beautiful Island” features ocean scenes that combine dancers, diabolos and strings.
It can overcome the barriers of language and culture. It will share the beauty and
diversity of Taiwan with audiences from all over the world.

委員長的問候
Greetings from the Minister
各位親愛的僑胞朋友們，大家好！
又到了一年一度的雙十國慶，中華民國僑務
委員會為展現臺灣優質文創軟實力並表達對
僑胞的關懷，每年均遴派國內優秀藝文團體
組成「國慶文化訪問團」赴海外巡迴演出，
期藉由兼具傳統與創新的文化藝術表演，增
進各國對我國的認識，緊密連結鄉親與國家
的情感。
過去3年因受到新冠肺炎疫情的影響，訪團巡迴訪演
無法順利成行，我們嘗試藉由網路及新媒體等多元管道
，推出多場線上藝文饗宴，以突破地域、時間及疫情的限制，提升
臺灣文化的穿透力，也維持僑務工作推展不中斷。
疫後我們終於又能相聚，今年僑務委員會特別遴派「舞鈴劇場」組
成訪演團隊赴歐洲及南美洲巡迴演出，以「美麗島嶼」為主題，由
美麗的寶島臺灣為節目構想，透過創新的扯鈴技巧，結合音樂、舞
蹈、體操、新馬戲等表演形式，呈現傳統技藝嶄新的樣貌，並搭配
音樂、影像等劇場科技元素，展現臺灣多元藝術的開放性與包容性
，並與僑界朋友共同歡慶這欣喜的節日。
在此，要感謝各位僑胞朋友們一直以來對僑委會各項僑務工作的支
持，僑務是國家發展重要的一環，政府向來非常重視。近年，因應
全球經濟及社會情勢的變動，僑務工作也與時俱進，除了持續熱誠
服務僑民，更著重青年世代的培養，讓僑民聯繫與臺灣永續發展，
同步脈動。未來我們更要傾聽僑胞心聲，了解僑界實際需求，以創
新精進的作法，強化與海外僑界及主流社會各面向的交流，擴大我
們對僑界的服務能量。
最後，謹代表僑務委員會全體同仁向大家問好，並由衷感謝各位在
海外傳揚臺灣多元文化的努力，深盼藉由此次訪演向僑界朋友及國
際友人致意，傳達最誠摯的問候，也希望各位喜愛我們所安排的表

Dear overseas compatriots, hello everyone！
“Double Ten” ROC National Day is here again. Every
year, the Overseas Community AffairsCouncil (OCAC)
sends “Cultural Goodwill Mission Troupes of National
Day” formed by excellentarts groups to perform overseas
to showcase Taiwan’s culture and joyfully celebrate
together with overseas compatriots. The aim is to enhance
overseas compatriots’ emotional bond with Taiwan and
increase their understating of Taiwan through various cultural
and arts performances with a Taiwan flavor.
The cultural goodwill missions were suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic
in the last few years. We were able, however, to use online channels to increase
Taiwan’s cultural penetration and continue the promotion of overseas
compatriot work.
This year, the OCAC will send a Cultural Goodwill Mission Troupe led by
“Diabolo Dance Theatre” on a performance tour of Europe and South
America. With the theme “Beautiful Island”, the program is inspired by
“beautiful isle” Formosa. Innovative diabolo skills will be combined with music,
dance, gymnastics, new circus and other performance forms. The new face of
traditional Taiwanese arts will be displayed, and the openness and inclusiveness
of Taiwan’s diverse arts will be showcased as the happy festival is celebrated
together.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank overseas compatriots for always
supporting our overseas compatriot affairs work. This work is an important
aspect of national development and has always been given great importance by
the government. In response to global economic and social changes, our work
has made progress with the times; we are also continuing to attach importance
to nurturing the young generation who are the future of the overseas
community. In future, we will continue to listen to and interact with overseas
compatriots to find out their actual needs and enhance exchanges with the
overseas community and mainstream society across the board, while striving
increasing our capability to serve overseas compatriots.
Finally, I would like to convey my best wishes on behalf of the OCAC and
thank you for cooperating with us for such a long time, helping Taiwan go out
to the world and bringing the world to Taiwan.
